About Me

I have hurt many people, lived in a dream, I did not mean to hurt these people, but I have and cannot change the past. I hope anyone I ever hurt forgives me one day.

I am 22 years old, I am from New Zealand, and all you read is my mind on paper, a way for me to show people that I love them, or for me to say something that is hard.

I have some disabilities, and I do not think I am very smart. I get afraid a lot, I am a very sensitive and gentle person. I don’t want anyone else hurt and am always afraid I will hurt others.

A lot of these poems were written for special people in my life, including my dear Madison, who passed away in 2006. She was the closest I was ever to anyone.

These poems are mine. I will hope no one ever uses them for gain, and one day I dream to have a book. If you wish to show others my poems, please link to the website directly. And do not republish without permission πŸ™‚

May you all who make it here find peace and happiness in your lives, now till the end.

‘Tis a wonderful thing that you have done
To share you poems with everyone
It’s like taking a journey on a boat
And keeping the heart alive and afloat

I have visited islands of my dreams
Sailed down rivers ,on leaves,in a stream
I have ridden on horse -back unbridled, free
And been a part of you in sharing of me

You have shown me great insights
    On dark lonely nights
    And that mornings still come
    With the sun ,shinning bright

The love that you share here
    Is more precious than gold
And onto the hug love bear
    For ever …I’ll hold.

    Hi Matty.

I have been reading your poems and stories and think you are amazing. Whilst you might find it hard to talk to people in real life you definitely have a way with written words. Your sad poems make me feel sad and your happy poems put a smile on my dial!!
